In two lines: the time zone decides how dates are grouped in your reports, dashboards and campaign pacing. It's chosen when you create the workspace and changed whenever you want from the workspace settings.
Where do you set them?
In the Settings menu, in the Regional Configuration section of the workspace settings, you have three fields: Country, Main Currency (the currency your reports are expressed in) and Time Zone.
Why does the time zone matter?
MB Suite groups data "per day" according to the workspace's time zone. If it's misconfigured, the daily totals shift relative to what the original platform (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) shows.
If you see that your "per day" numbers don't match those of the source platform, check the Time Zone before anything else: it's the most common cause of that mismatch.
Still have questions?
Ask MIA, the MB Suite AI assistant: open it with the MB AI button (⌘J) in the top bar. MIA knows the section you're in, so you can ask it directly about what you see on screen.
