Automate Google Ads budgets across all your accounts

Updated 2026-07-13

In two lines: the agency AutoBudget view shows you, at a glance, in which accounts the Google Ads automatic budget is working, how many campaigns it covers, and where there's something to review.

What does the agency AutoBudget view show me?

In Accounts > AutoBudget you see the status of the automatic budget across your whole portfolio: which accounts have AutoBudget active, how many campaigns it's managing, whether there are execution errors, and how the syncing with the media plans is going.

It serves to quickly answer a key agency question: in which of my accounts is the automatic budget really working, and in which did something break?

Prioritize the accounts marked with errors or without AutoBudget active: they're usually the ones spending without automatic control.

How do I activate or adjust AutoBudget on an account?

The configuration is done inside each account, not from the consolidated view. From here you detect where it's missing or failing, and you go into that account to resolve it. The detail of how it's activated and connected to the media plan is in Automate your Google Ads campaign budget (Auto-Budget).

AutoBudget is exclusive to Google Ads: each account needs that integration connected from Integrations and a Data Source with its Customer ID. An account without that won't appear with data in this view.
