Platform and structure

  • Workspace — Your main space: your agency or operation. It contains all your Accounts.
  • Account — A client's workspace inside your agency. It has its own data, integrations and dashboards.
  • Module — A platform feature you can turn on or off (for example, Client Portal or Email Marketing).
  • Dashboard — A visual panel with widgets that show the metrics of your connected platforms. It can have several pages.
  • Widget — Each individual component of a dashboard: a metric card, a chart, a table, a text or an image.
  • Monitor — A real-time tracking board for your KPIs that also alerts you when certain conditions are met.
  • Alert — The notice that fires when a metric crosses a threshold you defined.
  • Report — A professional multi-page document, built from templates, that pulls in the metrics of your connected platforms.
  • Delivery — The scheduled sending of a report or dashboard to its recipients by email.
  • Template — A pre-built dashboard, monitor or report you can clone as a starting point.
  • Data source — The configured connection between MB Suite and an account on an external platform (Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
  • Activity — The workspace log: it records the team's actions and lets you communicate with mentions.

Integrations

  • OAuth — The protocol that lets you connect an external platform securely, without sharing your password with MB Suite.
  • Token — The temporary credential MB Suite uses to read the data from your connected platforms.
  • MCC (My Client Center) — The Google Ads manager account that groups several ad accounts under a single one.

Metrics and KPIs

  • KPI — Key performance indicator: the metric that sums up the performance of a campaign or action.
  • CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) — How much it costs you to get one conversion (a purchase, a sign-up, a lead).
  • ROAS (Return On Ad Spend) — How much you generate for every dollar invested. If you invest $1 and generate $5, your ROAS is 5x.
  • CTR (Click-Through Rate) — The percentage of people who click after seeing your ad.
  • CPC (Cost Per Click) — How much you pay for each click on an ad.
  • CPM (Cost Per Thousand impressions) — How much it costs to show your ad a thousand times.
  • Pacing — A campaign's spending rhythm against its planned budget. If pacing is low, you're spending less than expected.

Billing

  • Base plan — The monthly subscription that includes MB Suite's essential modules.
  • Freemium — A module with a free quota included and optional paid plans for more volume. Today it applies only to Email Marketing.
  • Tier — A plan level. Each level unlocks more capacity or more accounts.
  • The agency pays / the client pays — The two billing modes of an account: your agency pays it, or the client themselves manages and pays it.
