</head>, and each lead and each WhatsApp conversation will arrive in the CRM with the campaign that originated them. What is the pixel for?
The pixel captures where each visitor to your site comes from (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, organic search, email, UTMs) and stores that signal. When that person leaves you an inquiry —submits a form or clicks a WhatsApp button (wa.me)— MB Suite cross-references the message with the original click.
The result: each lead enters the CRM with its origin campaign, and that is the raw material of your attribution and your real ROAS. Without the pixel, leads still come in; what's missing is the data on where they came from.
Where do I activate it?
- Go to Settings > Tracking (the Tracking & Attribution page).
- Use Activate tracking. With that the pixel is turned on and your code is generated.
How do I install it on my site?
The pixel is a line of code that goes on your web. There's no need to touch your site's content, just add it once.
- In Pixel code, copy the script.
- Paste it inside the
<head>tag of each page of your site. If you use a tag manager (Tag Manager), add it as custom HTML fired on all pages. - If you don't manage the site yourself, use Send to developer: MB Suite emails them the code and instructions to install it.
How do I confirm it was installed correctly?
Don't be left in doubt: the same page verifies it for you.
- In Installation verification, paste the URL of a page where the pixel should be and use Verify. MB Suite checks the HTML and tells you whether it detected it.
- The Pixel status shows you whether it's receiving activity: when visits with clicks start arriving, it changes to "working". If it marks that there's no activity, it's almost always that the snippet wasn't placed on all pages or the
</head>close is missing. - In the Events tab you see the real clicks it's capturing, with their campaign and their source.
And then?
With the pixel working, the origin travels on its own all the way to the close of each sale:
- How to read the return per campaign: Attribution: which campaign generated each sale (real ROAS).
- Attribution of the WhatsApp conversations that are born on your site: WhatsApp attribution: which ad brought each conversation.
- Leads from your forms with their campaign: Turn responses into CRM leads (with their origin campaign).
